Johnny is a great butcher. He has a great staff of butchers. I have to say all the meats from the chicken to a GREAT FILET ROAST he has farm to table meats and you cannot beat the taste. I went to another large food chain and tested the difference and you can tell right away.If you are having guessed over go to see Johnny and your event will be a success.Great service nice people.
